Is there a cost to use the facilities?
We ask all those that use our facility to make a donation for use of the space. This helps to defray the costs of electricity, climate control and cleaning. If you are unsure how much to donate, contact the Church office for help with a suggested donation amount.
 
How can I make my donation for use of the facility?
You can bring a check or cash to the Church office during business hours or mail a check. You can also make your donation online. Please note your group’s name in the note/memo section.
 
How do I arrange for use of the facility?
There is a form available in the Church Office or you can complete the form online.   The form is reviewed and rooms are assigned based on availability and need. The dates are recorded on our calendar.
 
All Chairpersons, and group leaders should fill out the form for their upcoming meetings.
