What’s Happening

May 5 Sermon: We continue talking about growth, but we move from the branches to the roots. We’re going to talk about the one thing most Pastor’s avoid discussing.

Come this Sunday to find out what that is!

It’s Planting Season: Our Vacation Bible School (VBS) program has us digging in and growing our roots deep.

VBS will open our planting season July 8 – 11 from 4:00 – 7:00 pm here at GUMC. Watch for more information from the gardeners.

Strength in Numbers: For the month of May, we will be collecting peanut butter and jelly, plastic jars preferred. June’s items are crossword puzzle and word search books. There are 4 collection boxes around Goodrich (Sims, GUMC, Browns Hardware, and Abeantogo). Thank you for your continued support in this mission.

Pastie orders: Our next pastie sale will be on Friday, May 10 and Saturday, May 11. Order forms can be found on the bulletin board at The Welcome Center or online. Our next sale will be in September 13 & 14.
