Goodrich United Methodist Church COVID 19 Protocols

It is the policy of the church if you become an infected person with COVID, that the infected person isolates* for 10 days from the date of the onset of symptoms.

*Isolation means you avoid contact with any person.

During that isolation period, the infected person and all family members should refrain from participating in any church events and activities. If the infected person and family members would like to participate in church events once their 10-day isolation/quarantine* ends, they are required to wear a mask through day 14 from onset of symptoms.

*Quarantine means you stay home and avoid contact with others outside your home.

You should isolate an additional four (4) days if you continue to have a fever* without taking any antipyretics (fever reducing agents i.e., Tylenol or Advil) or have other symptoms.

*Normal temperature is defined as 97-99 degrees. A fever is defined as a reading over 100.4 degrees or higher.
