The first screen you will come to will be the Panasonic Network Screen, click on the "single" tab. You may not see a picture, and then you will be asked to install ActiveX, please do so. It will then ask you to install a Panasonic Program, please do this as well. Your computer should only ask you to do this the very first time you view the Live Services.
